Sweet Heat Classic

Featuring AR's Hot Honey, RVA's own local hot honey brewer master.

The Sweet Heat Classic starts with our house-made tomato sauce and a layer of mozzarella. We top it with cupping pepperonis, savory crumbled sausage, and fresh jalapeños. Right after we finish it off with 18 month American Grana we drizzle the pie with AR's Hot Habanero Honey, creating harmonies with the sweet and the heat.
